Your first appointment

We want to get to know you, not just your health problems; plan on 1.5 hours for your first visit. Please complete the intake forms below prior to your appointment and bring them with you.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow us time to collect your insurance billing information.

Insurance & Billing

Most Washington state insurance covers naturopathic medicine, but plans vary. We recommend you contact your insurance carrier to verify coverage. If your plan covers naturopathic care, we will be happy to bill your insurance company.

Any supplements you may be prescribed are usually not covered by insurance, but are often eligible expenses under Health Savings Accounts and Medical Flexible Spending Account programs; again, we recommend you check the details of your coverage.

Deductibles, co-pays, the cost of supplements, and the cost of the appointment if paying out-of-pocket are due at the time of the visit.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
